Greetings,
Just to try to be clear... For me, pre-conceptual indicates direct perception (mindfulness), and not Dynamic Quality which is indivisible, unpatterned.

Hi David,
I prefer to separate conceptual patterns (language) and perceptual patterns (taste, touch, smell, sight and sound). But I've never gotten a clear understanding if others think the same way. My understanding is based on being able to drop conceptual process while maintaining a more direct perceptual process (mindful awareness). But I consider Dynamic Quality indivisible, undifferentiated, unpatterned, in other words, it's without either concepts or percepts - So I think I am agreeing with you.

Up to you really do you prefer pre-conceptual SQ, pretty sensible notion, or flux with content? -bit odd. ...Hope that clarifies a few confusions set up by my opponents. NB: Many thanks as you have greatly helped clarify my thinking on these issues, which is what I come here for.
