As I said to Ant, when we are writing to a SOM audience then we need to
qualify our terms like 'experience.' I'm pretty sure if you look in those
archives you'll find I have said the very same thing to you. Robert Pirsig
is writing down to his audience. It behooves us to reach up to him in,
don't you agree?
