[MF] the way forward for MoQ discussion lists

Someone suggested awhile ago about doing summaries to
gauge the progress/see the big picture on threads. For
me these kind of summaries really help If space is an
issue maybe you could (after a certain time period)
just store summaries and delete individual emails.
