[MF] the way forward for MoQ discussion lists

Hi All,

I like the idea of using the Wiki, unfortunately I have no idea how. I was
on the site a couple of days ago and it was filled with badness (read: lists
of external links... gak). I couldn't contribute anything because all the
pages are protected and I don't have the password. If someone could help
with that I would be much obliged.
