Hi John,
It's just the the media. I've heard professors of astrophysics and particle physics
talk with a certainty that made me angry: "This isn't just mathematics, it's real."
Or I mentioned at the Hayden Planetarium Whoopi Goldberg stating "It's true
because the scientists have discovered it to be true." Many of these scientists
seem as narrow-minded as any medieval church Inquisitor.
