Hi Matt,

I accept your warning that I was being loose with my words "just as
relevant as". I was being deliberately non-specific as to what the
relevance / relationship really is. Rhetoric is "not irrelevant" if
you like.

You may have to expand on your two phrases though, before I understand
your more precise take on it.

"is a function of" and "co-extensive with"
