I see where your coming from. I did point out
the Paleo-diet, and the Atkins diet that is in these
latitudes. There are people who eat these diets and
are fine. There are critics of these diets as well.
Who am I to believe? Those that say these diets work
or the critics of these diets. That's all I was
saying. By the way, many of the health problems in
the U.S. is probably not diet, even though that is an
influence. The big problem is exercise. Somebody
that exercises, like me, can eat a donut and not worry
about the weight increase. There again, the
settledness of this culture pushes out what was once
what we did - walk or run, to an occasion that people
pay $ to perform at the local gym or buying those
exercise bikes. This is how we've adapted to keep
performing what just came natural.

Hey, I still think your being polite. I like the
straight-forward talk, too. Pirsig's plainspoken.
So, let me know what's on your mind, but this is not
to forget courtesy, which I don't think you have
forgotten.

Among us, as in the MoQ discussors I believe is
what your saying. I haven't.

I went through the internet, and found some
research on them. I'm no expert, again, I was just
pointing out how meat eaters have had grandparents and
low risk heart disease. Yet, I'm sure the cold and
exercise comes into the picture as well for these
people.

What abruptness?
Thanks,
