Much as I occasionally appreciate your attempts at conciliation I have to
say that the middle way is beginning dissolve into a haze of utter mush. I
think only Escher could design the sort of bridges you imagine. Constructed
with stones of compromise like ID and perennial spiritualism one would never
know whether one is walking up or upside down.

It is one thing to have meaning lost in translation but you seem to be
advocating intentional obfuscation through translation.
