No, and for the hundredth time NO.  Capitalism doesn't have DQ as a built in 
driving force. Nothing does. Everyone should stop talking about it, because 
all anyone will EVER talk about is static. I mean, a system that 
incorporates DQ goes against the very core of the MOQ. Things in this world 
may be more or less able to see new Quality, but that's not the same thing.

But You're right. Both a socialist economy and a capitalist one is social 
level stuff. But intellectual and social is very intertwined, and 
intellectual rearranges social to fit it's purpose.  Thus it has to get rid 
of the obstacle that is the markets supremacy.
