Intellectual progress (which you seem to deplore because somewhere RMP
mentions "killing the intellect")  at the level of theories is dependent
upon comparing and contrasting differing ideas. That is what is being done
in this thread and the consciousness one. If it's so boring or degrading or
whatever that is what the delete key is for.

Possibly you could tackle the problem of reconciling "killing the intellect"
with the intellectual level being the highest value stable patterns we
humans have regular access to. And a one line not this-not that, or
something having to do with mysticism and DQ is not an answer within the
context of the arrangement and functioning of SQ.
