Students have been taught that it's OK to riot against a duly elected
democratic government, threatening lives and destroying property for the
sake of handout. What we see here is a group of biological brigands,
supported by intellectuals, assaulting the police and the social order. The
result in Pirsig's words, "social catastrophe."
