I completely agree with what you said. The illusion of knowlegde is indeed
a faulty premise to build upon further knowledge, and no one is so
misgudied as those who think they are infallible in their understanding.  It
is not what one knows, but the apporach to understanding that matters.

Your students have a good teacher in you.
