I love comparative mythology, in that we agree. Hallelujah and Amen.

I personally do not teach it, I was brought up in an non religious family, I
have never been to church in my life, would only go if I became single
again. So the YOU does not quite fit. Let's look at it this way,
Intelligent design does not require a God, but even that is despised by many
scientists and teachers. It seems that the only thing that is appropriate is
some nebulous randomness that progresses through chance. Now, I have
nothing against Las Vegas, but you gotta stop gambling so much.

It is you that is elevating science to the status of religion. How many
times do I have to say this for it to sink in. Take a deep breath and stop
reacting. You cannot prove or disprove religion with science, just like you
cannot prove or disprove science with religion. The attempts to do so are
simply political, trying to lead a following, by both sides. Your leaders
have a lot invested in you following them.

Sorry if that hurt your feelings. You do not have to watch those shows,
your choice. I am not saying that it is not something that needs to be
addressed. We are bending over backwards to do so. Perhaps not enough for
you, but be patient. Things grow on their own, we can only protect them.
We cannot pull them out of the ground. You many say that a strong offense
is a good defense, but it could also backfire. If the House shifts
dramatically, you only have yourself to blame. The farther you lift the
pendulum, the farther it swings in the other direction. It is simple
physics.

No, those which you hear and mimic in your posts (MSNBC, NPR, ABC, NBC, CBS,
and others). If you do not listen to those, then you are very isolated
indeed. Let's go for a motorcycle ride across the country and meet people.
I will do my best to protect you.

[Mark in reply]
Yes, sometimes I have to lean forward to get a job. It's a humbling
experience which only does me good. I have not said that PC is such a great
evil, don't get hyperbolic on me. Tending towards extremes is just plain
silly, you retard.
Cheers,
