[MD] self: agent of action & thinker of thoughts

Hi MarshaV and all,

I have no idea how the vocabulary will change when the MOQ DQ/SQ is
accepted.  For myself I use "Joe" as DQ.  For SQ I use "Maurer" as a
continuing base for morality since it has a wider acceptance than "Joe" in a
family environment.
