It was also valid CSS to use the "inherit" property, even though
Internet Explorer did not support it. So you could make a webpage that
uses that property and claim that everyone can see the webpage right
because it uses valid CSS, but that would not be true. You could
truthfully only claim that the CSS is valid - not that everyone can
view the page right.
Something doesn't work simply because it should work, so why do you
want to use "relativism" or "relative"? Because of something someone
wrote in an unspecified "dictionary"? Do you know they can write all
sorts of stuff into a dictionary? Why don't you as well site Rescher,
who apparently thinks that rationality = Quality? I mean, why is the
dictionary so important to you? Why, when asked for a reason why you
made this choice, you can never go any further than to state that your
choice is validated by something written in a dictionary? If the
dictionary said the Moon is made of cheese, would you believe it?
