[MF] the way forward for MoQ discussion lists

Gert-Jan and Horse:

If Spmabots become more of a persistenet problem perhaps we could think of
limiting wiki editing to those who participate in the discussion lists or
some such device. For now, thanks for the efforts ... you'll probably be
seeing my contributions sooner than later as exams are coming up and I'm
sure I'll be procrastinating on a more regular basis :)
